ClearSpent is operated by Z KIDZ SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT SERVICES ("we," "our," or "us").

By accessing or using ClearSpent (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time, and continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

ClearSpent is a personal finance tracking tool that allows you to:

• Track income and expenses
• Categorize transactions and budgets
• View AI-powered insights and summaries
• Use multiple currencies with exchange rates
• Access certain data offline

The Service is for personal, non-commercial use.

• You must be at least 13 years old
• You must provide accurate information
• You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials
• You must notify us of unauthorized access

5.1 Free and Paid Plans

The Free plan provides limited features. Paid plans unlock additional features and are billed on a recurring basis.

5.2 Billing and Taxes

• Payments are processed by Stripe.
• Prices may be displayed in a billing currency based on your region. You authorize Stripe to charge the listed amount.
• Taxes may be added where required. You are responsible for any applicable taxes or charges.
• We may change pricing with advance notice posted in the Service.
• Failed payments may result in suspension or downgrade of paid features.

5.3 No Refunds

All fees are non-refundable to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods.

5.4 Cancellation

You can cancel anytime in your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

If you join or create a group, you grant group members access to shared financial data based on the permissions you set. You are responsible for the information you share in groups.

AI-powered insights are provided for informational purposes only and are not financial, legal, or tax advice. You should verify any AI output before relying on it.

Currency conversions are provided for convenience using third-party exchange rate data. Rates may be delayed or approximate and are not guaranteed for accuracy. You are responsible for validating rates used for official purposes.

• Do not use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Do not attempt to access or disrupt our systems.
• Do not upload malicious code or infringing content.
• Do not share your account credentials with others.

We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, outages, or events outside our control.

The Service and its content (excluding your data) are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the courts of Quezon City, Philippines, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms in the Service and update the "Last updated" date.
